Returns

Exchanges will only be accepted for damaged/defective products and for any item that is incorrectly shipped.  Exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receipt of your order via email. Customer will be responsible for shipping the item back. DFP will be responsible for the shipping charges for the replacement of damaged/defective item.

Returns must be requested with 10 days of receipt of your order via email. Credits for returns will be issued for the price of the merchandise and any sales tax, if applicable. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
